What discount can I expect if I order wholesale?

The sliding scale is based on your total order cost. The higher the total cost is, the deeper your discount will be. This is what it looks like:

$150-$799 = 25% off

$800-$1,499 = 30% off

$1,500+ = 35% off

What are your minimum order requirements?

The minimum order to receive the first price break is $150 worth of products. The sliding scale looks like this:

$150-$799 = 25% off

$800-$1,499 = 30% off

$1,500+ = 35% off

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at this time.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. With the exception of large orders which may take 3-4 days.

Is every product listed in your website store available for wholesale?

Yes

Are there any restrictions in terms of where I can sell your products?

Yes. We do not allow resale of our Better Shea Butter products on Amazon or other 3rd Party Ecommerce Marketplaces like Etsy, Wal Mart or the like. For more information please see Terms and Conditions.

If you make your own brand of products using our ingredients you can of course sell where you like.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal and most major credit cards.
